Maritim Resort & Spa, located in Balaclava in the Northwestern part of the island, is one place where the settings really help with unwinding. A 5-Star property, and as well as offering some peaceful holidays, it also proposes its special Spa offer known as the Spa Plenitude Package. A mix of relaxation and exfoliation of the skin, including reflexology and allied to the use of Hammam and Saunas, will quickly help to re-energise the whole body. • 7 Individual Treatment Room (each has an Outdoor Shower and Private Toilet)

• 2 Double Treatment Rooms (include their own Outdoor Shower and Private Toilet)

• 2 Ayurveda Treatment Rooms

• 2 Changing Rooms (includes Showers, Outdoor Relaxation area, Sauna, Lockers)

• 2 Relaxation Areas

• Bathrobes, Slippers and Towels are provided

• 1 Spa Garden suite for couple (includes a Private Whirlpool)

• 1 Hair Salon, 1 Relaxation Pool and Pavilion, 1 Consultation Area

• 1 Kneipp Walk (customers will walk onto a pebble path which has both hot and cold water, that greatly helps circulation in the body)

General Conditions:

• Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with a permit

• The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

• It is recommended to customers to arrive at least, 15 minutes before the start of the treatment. Lateness will result in a reduce in time of the booked massage offer

• The spa reserves the right to refuse to carry out any of the proposed treatments if a customer is found to have medical / skin problems

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• Policy on Cancellation / No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
