• Shower is mandatory before any treatment

• The Hotel reserves the right to refuse and propose an alternative treatment if any medical problem is identified, which could potentially be inappropriate/unsafe with the booked treatment

• An alternate date will be proposed by the Spa itself if booking date is unavailable

• It is recommended to arrive, at least, 15 minutes before the start of treatment time. Late arrival may result in a reduction in the time of booked treatment

• Dress Code:

• No nudity in public areas! In fact, a bathing suit is required for spa facilities

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
