Founded by Reena Noruthun, a cosmetologist, the Spa proposes a service of choice and quality to its customers. • Booking is only confirmed once the treatment slot has been confirmed by the Spa

• Reservation should be done at least, 48 hours before, by phone. This is subject to availability

• It is recommended to customers to arrive at least, 15 minutes before the start of the treatment. Lateness will result in a reduce in time of the booked massage offer

• The spa reserves the right to refuse to carry out any of the proposed treatments if a customer is found to have medical / skin problems

• The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

• Once the reservation is done, if customer wishes to change the date or time, there will be a Minimum of 12 hours notice required

• 100% Cancellation Fee will be applied
