  • Minors must absolutely be accompanied by adults

  • Activity is still carried out under rain unless safety is compromised (subject to change in schedule, due to weather condition)

  • All clients must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Policy on Postponement:

  • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

  • Policy on No-Shows:

  • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

  • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

  • COVID-19 Policy:

  • Since 19th February 2022, it is compulsory that all customers be fully vaccinated with 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine + 1 booster to gain access in the hotel premises 

  • A medical certificate duly certified by a panel of 2 Government medical officers that, by reason of medical conditions, guests cannot be vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine, bearing their National IDs or Passport Numbers

  • Customers should bring along their Vaccination Card or the BeSafe app
