  • The e-ticket will be provided via email after the purchase has been completed (e-ticket must be provided in order to board the flight)

 

General Conditions:

 

  • The offer is applicable to Mauritians or Residents with a permit

  • Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice before booking any activity

  • Activity is still carried out under rain, unless safety is compromised. This is subject to change in schedule due to weather condition

  • Policy on No-Shows:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
