  • Meals are cooked in 6 different ways by the Chefs, namely :- Slow, Over charcoal, On the Grill, in the Wok, in the Tandoor, in the Smoker

  • Dishes include Raw, Vegetarian, Vegan, Fish, Meat

  • Customers can help themselves to Complimentary Mineral Water from the hotel's Refill taps. There are Still water and Sparkling water. As well, customers can add herbs and / or fruits for flavour, if they want

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

      • Policy on No-Shows:

        • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

        • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
