Anelia Resort & Spa is a newly built 4-star resort with 150 rooms and is situated in the West Coast. The name, Anelia, epitomizes the peaceful harmonization of our multi-cultural and diverse society and takes you to a journey of discovery and fun. The resort concept conveys the guest into time travel with its rustic and traditional thatch, shingle roofing to the chic modern designs and the woodwork and décor.  These reflect a constant reminder of our traditional architecture and depicts the different phases of the island’s development and modernization. • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival.

• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant.

• Age Policy:

• Infant: 0-4 years old | Child: 5-11 years old | Teen: 12-17 years old

• Customers should be aware that if they fail to declare their kid age properly, a premium will be requested upon arrival.

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.
