• Food & Beverages /Dietary conditions:

• Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival.

• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant.

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.

• Covid-19 Policy

• Fully-Vaccinated Guests with 2 doses & 1 booster doses should present their respective vaccination cards along with IDs upon arrival

• Non-Vaccinated Guests should present a Negative test done within 7 days prior to check-in & should present upon arrival:

• A medical certificate, duly certified by a panel of 2 Government medical officers should be provided that guest cannot be vaccinated with a Covid-19 vaccine due to medical conditions

• Medical certificate should bear the guest's National IDs or Passport Numbers

• If PCR test done is positive, the hotel will not take the current booking

• Please bring along your vaccination card or the BeSafe app.
