Preskil Island Resort is a 4-Star hotel, located on the Southeastern-most tip of the island and facing ÃŽle aux Aigrettes. • The Spa has the right to refuse treatments to a customer, if there are visible skin problems. Going on with a treatment can, in this case, prove to be dangerous to health

• The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

• Dress Code:

• Nudity is not allowed. Customers are required to wear a Bathrobe

• Policy on Postponement / Cancellation:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

• Once booked, there are no refunds

• Policy on No-Shows:

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

• COVID-19 Policy:

• Customers must have 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine & 1 Booster dose to have access to the property

• Non-vaccinated customers will only be allowed access to the property if they provide a negative PCR test not older than 72 hours (3 days)

• It is recommended to please bring along the Vaccination Card and the BeSafe app, which are compulsory and must be presented at reception counter upon arrival
