La Table du Château is a refined and contemporary restaurant at the heart of the estate. The Chef Fabio de Poli offers a creative and seasonal menu inspired by the fruits and vegetables from the Labourdonnais’ orchards.

• Dinner Meal: The La Table du Château offers a unique fine dining discovery menu consisting of a variety of dishes for you to enjoy.

• Menu Details: as part of the La Table du Château Menu Candle-light Experience you feast on Amuse-bouche, 2 starters, Main Course of your choice, Sorbet and a Dessert; having one of the best fine dining experiences currently on offer in Mauritius

• Main Course: choose from a choice of two main courses on offer (Lamb / catch of the day)

• Drinks: as part of this discovery tasting menu, drinks are excluded

• Decoration: romantic setting 

Lunch & Dinner Menu Details:

Starters (1): 

Lobster bisque with mild spices, garlic and Parsley Gnocchi, roasted camaron with garlic

Starter (2): 

Ravioles filled with « Rougaille » tomato chutney, lemongrass & ginger reduction served on Parmesan Espuma & crispy roots

 Main courses: 

Braised Lamb slow cooked for 7 hours daily mashed of the day and crispy vegetables

OR 

Fresh catch of the day according to the Chef's Inspiration.

Palate Cleanser: Vodka and lemon sherbet

Dessert: Ile flottante, vanilla "crème anglaise", toffee sauce, toasted almonds

• Dinner Hours: 7.00 – 10.30 pm  Monday to Saturday (Closed Sunday night)

• Days Available: Monday to Saturday Lunch and Dinner

• Reservation: Required 48 hours in advance & subject to availability

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.

• Food & Beverages /Dietary conditions:

• Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival.

• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant.
