General Conditions:

 

Note: A deposit of Rs 10,000 is required either by Credit Card or Cash upon check-in. If no damage is found upon inspection at check-out, the deposit will be released

 

  • Non-smoking Penthouses and Suites

  • Visitors are not allowed, except with the permission of the management

  • The property has a zero-tolerance policy for noise:- parties are not allowed

  • Pets are not allowed

  • The offer is applicable to Mauritians or residents with a permit

  • Rates may vary depending on the date (please select date to see price) and are subject to availability

  • All extras, not included in the deal, will be paid at the time of departure

  • Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed

  • The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

  • All clients must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

  • Policy on No-Shows:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

  • COVID-19 Policy

    • Customers should be fully vaccinated (2 doses or 1 dose for Johnson & Johnson) in order to be recognised by the Mauritian authorities as vaccinated. Vaccination Cards and ID cards are compulsory and must be presented at the reception counter upon arrival

    • It is compulsory that guests must have 2 doses (or 1 dose for Johnson & Johnson) & 1 booster dose to gain access in the hotel premises

    • All non-vaccinated guests will not be allowed access to hotels unless a proof of medical exemption is provided or a negative PCR test (not older than 72 hours) is provided (subject to the prior approval of the hotel)

    • Children under 12 years old are currently exempted from vaccination at this time. They will be allowed to stay in the same hotel if accompanied by their parents or a relative (adult) who is fully vaccinated. However, they will need to undergo an Antigen test prior to check-in

    • Unvaccinated Guests, Invalid Vaccination Cards, failure to comply with Government Regulations, or similar will result in guests being denied check-in at the property, no refund will be provided
