• Dress Code:

• Please note that there is no particular Dress Code during the day. However, customers are kindly requested not to wear uncovered Swimming attire in the Restaurant during Breakfast and Lunch time

• Please note that evening wear is smart / casual after 18h00 p.m

• Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

• Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival

• Restaurants openings and operations are based on hotel occupancy and may change at any time

• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

• Dine around options (Lunch and Dinner) are valid in both La Pirogue and Sugar Beach excluding Buddha Bar Beach (Credit of Rs 500 offered per person per stay for dinner only). Reservation is compulsory & subject to availability and Restaurants opening

• Mini-Bar is not included

• Guests on Full Board Plus may choose to have Lunch and their Selected drinks either on day of arrival or day of departure

• No food can be taken out of the restaurant at anytime

• Age Policy:

• Children of any age are welcomed:- from 0 - 6 years old and from 7 - 12 years old while 13 years old and above are considered adults

• Customers should be aware that if they fail to declare their kid age properly, a premium will be requested upon arrival

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• Policy on No-Shows / Cancellation:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
