Coin de Mire Conditions:

  • The resort will be authorised to welcome non-vaccinated guests (citizen or resident of Mauritius) with a Negative PCR test done within 7 days prior to check-in

  • Unvaccinated guests with medical conditions will be accommodated on presentation of a negative PCR test (not antigen test) not older than 7 days at the time of check-in with a medical exemption certificate duly approved by a panel of 2 Governmental Medical Officers

  • Guests having contracted Covid-19 have to present an official document proving that they have already had COVID-19 and have had a post-infection vaccination

  • Barrier gestures are to be respected as advised by the Sanitary protocols

    • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival.

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant.

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

  • Policy on No-Shows:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.
