Hotel General Policies


  • Child below 18 years will not be allowed access to the Skybar unless accompanied by a person above 18 years old

  • No serving alcohol for guest below 18 years old. 

  • The hotel reserves the right of admittance at the Skybar and checking of National Identity Card

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

  • Policy on No-Shows:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.
