• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

• Customers must be aware that, if they fail to declare their child's age or book for a wrong age group, they will be required to pay a supplement upon arrival

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

• Hotel Cancellation Policy:

• 7 days or more BEFORE arrival date: there will be NO charges

• Less than 7 days BEFORE arrival date: there will be 100% charges applied

• No-shows: there will be 100% charges applied, as well as NO Refunds

• Re-scheduling / Re-booking: will be allowed ONLY after approval of management (based upon availability and season)
