Cancellation and No-Show Conditions                  

• Once a booking is confirmed, there are no refunds or cancellations.                         

• No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed.            

General conditions:

• Valid only for Mauritian Citizen or Foreigner with a Resident Permit. A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or resident permit should be presented upon arrival. Failure to present a proper ID will entitle the hotel to charge the current public rate.             

• It is mandatory for the guests to produce the booking voucher upon check in at the hotel.                              

• If customer fails to declare a child or book wrong age group, additional charges may be required on arrival
