All clients must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate.
Spa Conditions:

Reservation: Call the service provider directly to choose a day and time at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability)
If any medical problems are present, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse treatment to any customer.
Amendments: Once customers have confirmed a date and time, any amendments must be confirmed by the Service Provider directly.
Customers are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to treatment time. Treatment time may be reduced if you arrive late.
Covid-19 Lockdown Protocol: If a booking comes during a Lockdown period/Government restriction, consumers can seek a voucher extension based on the validity date (subject to availability)

Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.
No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.
