Villa or Apartment is rented for the number of persons indicated at the time of booking
The hotel does not allow visitors,, except with the permission of the management. If approved, the full names and Vehicle Number plates of visitors are required
Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with a permit

COVID-19 Lockdown Protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period or a Government restriction, it will automatically be canceled & refunded as a store credit in your account
Cyclone Protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3, the reservation will automatically be canceled & refunded in the form of store credit to your account
All clients must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate
Policy on Postponement:

Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

Policy on No-Shows & Cancellation:

There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed
No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
ALL YEAR ROUND EXCEPT PEAK SEASON
Less than 7 days prior to guestâ€™s arrival = 100% cancellation fee will be charged
15 to 7 days prior to the guest's arrival = 50% cancellation fee will be charged
