• If the minimum number of 15 participants has NOT been met, excursion will be rescheduled by Service Provider

• Cruises are still carried out under rain, unless safety is compromised. Therefore, the itinerary may change due to weather conditions

• Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice before booking any activity

• Customers are requested to arrive, at least, 15 mins before the Activity time

• Service Provider reserves the right to limit access to the number of people in their premises at any point in time

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
