Session (choose ONLY one):

• Individual

• There will be assistance from qualified instructors throughout the duration of the session, to help in learning the required skills of horse-riding

• 5-Ride Package

• Enjoy 5 rides, both for adults and children. The instructors will accompany the customers, providing guidance and techniques of horse-riding. Learn everything from being on a horse’s back whilst discovering the breathtaking landscapes all around

General conditions:

• Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with permit

• The Minimum Age Requirement to participate is 7 years old

• The Birth Certificate of children aged 11-12 years old should be brought and shown at the Reception of the Resort before booking the activity

• Pregnant women are advised NOT to take part in this activity

• The Service Provider recommends to come at least, 15 minutes before the booking session starts

• The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

• Any complaints should be made directly at the hotel

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
