Le Domaine de Saint Aubin, situated in the Southern part of the island and lying between Rivière des Anguilles and Souillac, is an example of colonial architecture still forming part of the Mauritian landscape. Constructed back in 1819, it was originally the mansion of the Sugar plantation owners. Customers are invited to a Rum Workshop, where they will learn more about the history of this beautiful Domaine and the process of distillation of rum.
